Amazing Team 4Cleaning 2Great Experience 2Highly Recommended 2I went to this office because it’s in the same building as my other doctor. They had availability immediately which should have been a red flag for a doctor’s office. Everyone was friendly. A retired doctor cleaned my teeth then Nicole came in told me that I had all these issues and I need to do a deep clean. Well I didn’t have insurance. No problem! They’ll set up a payment plan. They charged me over $1300. I go in for the deep clean. It was basically a cleaning that lasted longer. They also charged me $600 for whitening trays that just had clear gel. I went to a different doctor who did zoom. Only charged me $400 WITH TRAYS. I continue to get FREE trays if I get my teeth whitened there. I told them about the deep cleaning cost and the doctor said it shouldn’t e that much. They also tried to charge me for canceling a FREE visit to talk about the deep cleaning!! That’s when I got assertive and they ‘deducted’ it. Unreal. The other red flag when they charged me for toothpaste. Never had a doctor charged me for toothpaste and I’m nearly 40. Don’t waste your time unless you want to waste money. Probably why they are short staffed as well, no one wants to be apart of such an office.

Nicole’s knowledgeable staff is not only kind, caring and considerate but they also fully explained my options and how to best weigh the benefits with any other aspect that merits consideration. I’ve been going for years and I can’t fathom going anywhere else. As dentists go, and this counts for the entire team, they are the very definition of exceptional. I know asking for excellent service is asking for a lot these days, but here, you don’t have to ask, but you still receive.

Went to the office to look at issues regarding a loose crown on a dental implant I got years ago. Nicole and the office staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. She found the root of the issue that my previous dentist had not figured out, and I have not had any issues since. I highly recommend her!

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago to have a dentist closer to home and I should have made the switch years ago. I like this place a lot, everyone was really nice, they were on time, professional, and very friendly. Overall a great dentist office!

This was my first visit at this office and I had a great experience! I found that the staff was very genuine and easy to communicate with. Dr. Helfrich was very knowledgeable about dentistry and knew what she was talking about. My Dental Hygienist spent a good amount of time cleaning my teeth and did an amazing job. I could tell she cares about her patients and what she does! The lady at the front desk was also extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this dental office to someone!
