Cleaning 2I had a noon appointment, but by 1pm and no one had come to take me to a room for my cleaning, I left.

Started going to this "dentist" 3 years ago. Had multiple extractions and crowns. Fast forward to 2022 (summer time), one of the crowns broke off at the gum line. Then a year later 2023(last night), the other crown broke off at the gum line. I also had partials made that I NEVER RECEIVED. This company refused to see me last year being "there is an issue with my insurance" when it was never an issue before.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! NEVER GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, HEALTH AND QUALITY OF YOUR TEETH !!!!!!

It took them 2 years to make adjustments to my partials, and even after a year of service, they still couldn’t get my partials done, right? They also charged my Insurance Company for work that they did. And they claimed that I have the partials and I do not have them, because they had to make another adjustment because the over bit was so big that I couldn’t even close my mouth shut. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I would never go back there Nor take my children back there.

They managed to squeeze us in for an emergency extraction, on a Saturday. We happened to make them stay late, and they were still very professional and helpful. Overall, amazing doctors and staff
