I bought and paid a GrouponI, and set up an appointment with this establishment via website like it said. Got a conformation day before and day of, showed up to appointment 5min early and the doors were locked and lights were off. Waited around for about fifteen minutes, finally someone that rented space from the owner, how provides a completely different service, apologized let me in and had said she had not seen or heard from the owner all day and she too had been trying to contact him as well. I waited for about ten more minutes to see if his associate could get in contact with him…but nothing. I left my name and contact info and a note stating “ I understand things happen and would like to give this establishment another try”, and still have not heard a thing, and that was over a week ago!

Same as everybody else, I bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment online. 1 hour before the appointment, I received a text from an email address asking to reschedule and that they could fit me in after 2. I texted back and no response the entire afternoon. I rescheduled online for 6pm and showed up and no one was there. The businesses was locked up and no car in the parking lot. There was another woman there too with the same appointment time. She was livid too. Same issues. Their phone just rings and their website is literally nothing. What a joke this business is. I wanted to be tanned for vacation the next day. Obviously that never happened. I asked for a refund from Groupon. Luckily I got it but I got it back in Groupon bucks not repayment. Groupon has also yet to remove them from their site and there’s only “good” reviews and no way to add a review myself.

So disappointing. Showed up for my spray tan appointment (that I got two email reminders about, perhaps the appointment reminders should go to Joey instead) and got nothing. Door locked, phone not in service, no response via email. I booked because I had been here a few years ago and didn’t have a bad experience, but once I Googled directions on my way to the appointment I saw all the one star reviews. They’re all accurate.

I am so disappointed in my experience with Airbrush Tans OH. I purchased a Groupon in the beginning of March, in which I scheduled my tanning appointment that day. My appointment was scheduled at 8:40PM. When I arrived, I texted the number in the confirmation email and I never received an answer. I then called the number and it went straight to voicemail. After 10 minutes, I left. I emailed and called and have not heard back from them. I had an event that weekend and was in a scramble to find a spray tan. Luckily I found someone who could get me in last minute on the following day. After talking to them about my experience, they stated that this is not the first time they had heard of this company not showing for appointments. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can come up, but let your clients know. Your main job is to show up. Unfortunately, this business owner did not.

DO NOT book this business for spray tan. I recently tried to use then for my WEDDING in September. I got a spray tan as a trial the week before my wedding. I was texted and asked to change my time, then I showed up and had to wait 15-20 minutes for my service. I got the tan - It was good, I liked it so I booked an appointment a few days before my wedding. AN HOUR before my appoint - joey cancelled on me. I had to scramble and find a new place that I never got a tan from 2 days before my wedding. Joey claimed someone passed away (my apologies if this is true) but it was the 2nd time he tried to cancel or move my appointment. Then at my new salon - the lady informed me that Joey cancels all the time(claims ppl have passed away etc.) and she’s always taking clients who lost bookings from this studio. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here. I made it clear the booking was for my wedding and it was a disaster.
