Dr. Bertman-Zats is a great dentist. She carefully explains all procedures and options so that you can make decisions about the best actions to take for your dental care. She takes time to answer questions and make sure that you understand the reasons that the dental work is needed and the value it provides. She takes great care and attention to detail and she really cares about performing quality dental work in a comfortable environment for the patient. She takes the time to ensure each procedure is done perfectly. I can definitely tell that the quality of dental work I have received here is far better than work I have received at other dentists that I have had in the past. Thanks to her, my teeth are the healthiest that they have been in years and it inspires me to take better care of them at home.

Dr. Bertman-Zats is an amazing dentist who is well versed, knowledgeable and provides excellent dental services. She is a very friendly provider who cares for the well being of her patients and takes the time to educate and explain the procedures being done. I didn’t like how two of my teeth looked in the front and she was able to correct it using a laser which I’d never seen before in a dental practice. I get a great deal of comfort knowing that I am not in the dark regarding the procedures being done. She also has office hours on Sunday which comes as a relief because I do not have to miss work. If you’re looking for a dentist that is friendly, great with kids and well versed with plenty of experience, Dr. Bertman-Zats is one of a kind!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Inna for many years now and have always felt confident and comfortable coming to see her! I feel as though it is important to have transparency with your dentist and know all of your options, which she has always been incredibly helpful with as I have had some issues with my teeth. The quality of service is excellent!

I absolutely love this dentist. Dr. Bertman-Zats is a great dentist. This means a lot because I hate going to the dentist with every fiber of my being. I had not been to a dentist in almost an entire decade and she made me feel so much more comfortable than I thought possible. She cares about her patients and does what she can to make sure you’re comfortable and and at ease as much as you can be. She is also a one woman show. Scheduling, answering phones, billing and doing cleanings. It gives you time to know her and feel more comfortable. She was sent one of those dentists that are practically strangers and just walk in for a few moments after your cleaning is done. She’s in it for all of your care

Dr. Inessa Bertman-Zats is a one-woman shop! She does your cleanings, X-rays, exams, everything! She does not employ a hygienist, which is a rare benefit in going to Grandview Elite Dental. Over the years Dr. Zats has solved dental issues that have come up for me, but when a problem is out of her expertise, she does not hesitate to refer to a specialist. Dr. Zats truly cares about my health and happiness, as well as that of all her patients. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
