I haven’t had any treatment performed yet. I also haven’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. Even though my oral health is a disaster right now I felt right at home and comfortable with Dr Mick and his staff. Not once did I ever feel embarrassed about my teeth; only a sense of hope that I’ll be able to smile like everyone else soon. Dr Mick was patient with my multitude of questions, and he made me feel like his most important patient of the day with his detailed explanation of what I need. If you’re afraid to go to the dentist or worried about judgement this is the place for you. Your only regret will be that you didn’t visit this practice sooner. I will update this review as my treatment progresses.

Dr. Mick is one of the best dentists I’ve ever encountered. He spent time with me in an office before he began his exam to discuss what I needed. He impressed me by annotating my concerns. His exam of my mouth was thorough and he explained to me exactly what he was doing. The treatment I received from the him and the entire staff was amazing!!

Came to Mick Dental with serious dental issues affecting my general health, and severe anxiety as a result. In less than 6 months of treatment I now have FULL restoration, complete dental heath, all done professionally and with the most personal directed alleviated of my anxiety. Never was I put in painful or frightening situations. I had been searching for this type of care for many years. Mick Dental’s entire staff has truly changed my life. And I spent about half out of pocket than I expected. Thank you all so very much!

Went in for top dentures. The whole staff made me feel welcome. The doctor was very very detailed about what I wanted done. Everything went great. Perfect dentures. I would recommend to anybody. Thanks to everyone at Mick Family Dental Care. You gave me a beautiful smile!

I can not recommend Dr Mick and his staff enough! I have severe dental anxiety and have been putting off getting the work I needed done for 10 years. I finally got to my breaking point and started googling "sedation dentistry". There are quite a few options around the Columbus area. I chose Dr Mick’s office because of how understanding and gentle their website "about us" was. The office even has the option to make an appointment via email! Which is fantastic because I was never going to be able to make that call. For my consultation visit the entire staff was super understanding and gentle. Not once did I feel like they were placating or judging me during my many break downs. Dr Mick came up with his ideal treatment plan but was completely understanding that I was only able to make myself go to one visit. His staff was amazing working with my insurance and getting everything ironed out before hand so I knew the amount needed to save. And they were completely understanding that I was going to need some time to save up money and were not pushy at all for any extra treatments. Am I over my dental anxiety and can call them up and make an appointment? No. Will I email them the next time that I need anything done? Have a couple of break downs and go anyway? Absolutely!
