So I had a dental emergency (which they supposedly do) and tried calling them over 10 times with no answer, no voicemail box, just rang and rang and rang. Finally I decided to call their generic number to speak with an operator. Of course there was no operator once you hit "zero" and surprisingly was actually able to leave a message. Well since this was an emergency, I tried to get in touch with a representative.. Again no luck.. "all representatives are busy assisting other clients" I finally decided after that, that this place is a joke and got in contact with a real dental office. How are you supposed to get in contact with these clowns? Through an online request?? What a joke. I can't believe these people are still in business.. I would have given zero stars if possible.. Good luck scheduling an appointment if you don't go straight into the office first

I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend this office. I travel the state of Ohio for a living. I recently visited this office and found it to be a delight. Yes, there were several people in the waiting area but they have two Dentists and a Hygienist so people go in at different times. The front desk was friendly, the office was new and Dr. Molcut was a nice looking young doctor that took great care of me.

The old receptionist was rude and hateful but they got a new one that is friendly and cheerful! They always want what's best for you but I miss the old dentist already :( But I hope she's happy else where.

Initially walking into this office I was hesitant since I waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before an secretary came to the front, mind you the front desk clearly has four stations for a fully functioning front office. Due to the fact that I was in a deployment status there was a time crunch to get in a deep cleaning that had to be approved through my active duty insurance. The paperwork for that process came up short three times (missing a treatment plan and my full mouth series of xrays), meaning that I continuously had to contact the dental office to ensure that they were sending in the correct documents and Tricare to ensure that they were being received and processed. Ultimately, I gave up on the administration services due to the lack of efficiency and effective attention to detail. I contacted a different secretary at the same office who was courteous and apologetic but that could not be said for her coworker Rachael. She does not have the personality or the characteristics needed to run a successful and efficient office. I do not usually waste my time with reviews but I was so unbelievably appalled with the services that I could not let it go unrecognized. I terminated any continuing work and explained politely why I did so. With all that being said, the doctors and technicians were very nice and their services were a vacation in comparison to the admin portion of my visits. Not only should a service member not have so many issues getting their dental completed but no one should have to jump through the hoops that have occurred over the past week. This administration could not provide an apology that would provoke me to give them a second chance or entice me to recommend them to anyone.
