Very professional and efficient. I had an immediate dental emergency and they were able to get me in and serviced with no problems. When they opened back up after the COVID shutdown, I had no problem getting an appointment scheduled to pick back up where we left off. Mad props to Dr. Martello and staff!!

After 20 years with a practice in Lancaster, I switched to Dr Martello because of insurance issues. I’m so glad I did and wish I had switched sooner. Very friendly staff, extremely thorough cleaning and always putting my comfort first. Thank you Dr Martello & Staff!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Martello’s for almost 15 yrs. In the time I’ve known Jeff, I’ve seen him help a lot of folks.. even people that couldn’t afford the work... that he helped anyway...out of the goodness of his heart. He’s introduced me to a half dozen patients over the years that fly in from other states to continue working with him even after they move away! I can honestly say he will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. He’s also a perfectionist and will make you love your smile.

If You can recall a pleasant visit to a Dentist, this is the one. Jeff Martello DDS, and our neighborhood dentistry, for eleven years, has given my husband and I a great service. Just for a little nuance, during the procedure, He talks about interesting topics, as a plus to a novocain injections to boot. We can highly recommend Him and His practice to anyone.

From the first visit they make me feel comfortable and they let you know they care. I had major dental work done. I had to get full Dentures. I went to two other places that seemed like all they were worried about is the money. Here I was able to speak to the actual Dentist from the very first visit. Jeffrey Martello and his team put a treatment plan together that suited my situation. It is very humbling to have to realize that your going to lose all of your teeth. Jeffrey Martello actually reviewed my options with me and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Jeffery Martello is a first class dentist who actually takes pride in his work. His support staff was professional caring and kind. I will finish with this. Before you make a decision on what you need to have done. I would make this visit your last stop. I think you’ll see there are practices that are in this just for the money, and then Martello dentistry who wants you to have the best possible experience. And yes, Jeffrey Martello contacted me and made sure I was okay, and made sure I knew he was available if needed.
