Cleaning 2Always an issue with front office. Telling me things will be covered by insurance when they are not. Impossible to get on the phone to try to resolve issues. Charging for things twice. Calling me to confirm an appointment and if you miss the call they cancel your appointment because calling back is impossible. The actual dental work has been acceptable.

I’ve been a long-term customer of dental works but something has changed within the past year. First being the fact that I had a cleaning get rescheduled by reynoldsburg dentalworks on 3 different occasions. I would receive a call either day of or prior day advising me they had to reschedule me. When I called to inquire about the 3rd appointment I was advised that they had no record of appointment in the system. Secondly, a crown that I had for less than a year cracked in half. I’ve had other crowns for over a decade with no issues so the fact that this one only lasted for less than a year is disheartening. Finally, I’ve noticed a lot of turnover between both dentists and the staff. Definitely didn’t plan on switching after so many years of business but I have no choice. I hope this company gets it together soon but in the meantime I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great experience compared to my last dentist! They had two dental hygienists that assisted with on-boarding and cleaning was super quick! Only initial hiccup is that their website allowed me to schedule a Friday appointment when they’re actually closed that day. I had to reschedule out a few weeks and then when I arrived, they couldn’t find my rescheduled appointment.

First time coming to this office. I live an hour away and needed to get in to an officr soon. Upon arriving, I personally greeted the receptionist who never looked up at me from her computer screen. She greeted me with "your name". Said they had just called to reschedule me, which I still have yet to receive this voice-mail. The gentleman who came in after me voiced he has been rescheduled alot recently. For a dentist’s office they do not have very well etiquette. I do NOT recommend

Awesome experience! Recommend this place! Also the price is affordable for the root canal and crown I will be getting through my insurance. STAFF was nice and the doctor took the time and gave me advice and wisdom on saving my tooth. Thankful for Dental Works
