1st time patient as I was seeking a new dentist within my insurance network. Heather was very friendly and gave me much advise while giving my teeth a great deep cleaning. About to have a crown redone.

I’m a new patient and beyond nervous to seek new dental care after my long-term Dr. left Columbus. Today Heather cleaned my teeth. She did a stellar job and taught me valuable facts and practices. Heather is SMART, kind, and cleaned my teeth like they’ve never been cleaned before and efficiently. Last but not least Heather has a positive and uplifting personality and spoke highly of the staff and doctors at Westerville Murray Hill Dentistry. I have found a new dental care home. Heather is hands down a great asset to the practice.

The reception staff was incredibly rude and gossiping about a patient while everyone in the waiting room could hear. The patient came in and they continued to talk about her until she told them how rude they were and walked out saying she and her family would never come back. After she left, the receptionists and hygienist continued to talk bad about her while everyone in the waiting room could still hear. When the hygienist came to get me for my appointment she put on an incredibly fake act after I just heard everything she said about the previous patient. In the middle of a filling, the woman walked out saying she needed to grab some tools and didn’t come back for 20 minutes as I watched the time go by on their computer. Go elsewhere.

I would give this place 0 stars if it would allow. I had the worst interaction ever with a dental/health organization today. I came in, and instantly, the receptionist advised, "We tried to call you yesterday, and we may not have enough time to complete everything you need today." I let her know sorry, I was in an 8hr training, so I could not answer my phone, and due to our recent mortgage process, I am getting 200+ calls a day, so I missed the msg. I asked what all they thought I needed since I only scheduled for a routine exam/cleaning and x-rays. She told me idk, but I’m just letting you know we may not. I told her that’s okay as I didn’t plan for more than that anyway. I sat down, then heard the dentist come out to the reception desk to talk about me loudly to the receptionist. Proceeds to state, "People like her frustrate me, don’t confirm, and show up expecting us to still do their appointment..." and so on. The receptionist advised that she already told me they may not have time for everything. 1. I did confirm and completed all the required paperwork prior to my appt. 2. When I scheduled, they were aware I hadn’t been there in over a year due to medical issues, so why didn’t they plan accordingly. So rude to have a professional come out and speak about you loudly in front of an entire waiting room (like you couldn’t hear her) and still expect you to trust them to work inside your mouth. I do not think so, I left and told them I would find a new dental office for myself and my family. Now she has the time back - I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Banerjee and the entire staff are very professional and extremely competent. I’m a new patient and have had two crowns fabricated on-site and the fit was perfect in both cases. Highly recommend this practice for all dental work.
