Second time here. The most kind courteous respectful employees I’ve ever experienced in a dentist office. The dentist was spectacular. I was in and out in no time. These people got it down when it comes to respecting patience.

I see Dr Chaney at this office and he is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. He’s very caring, kind and he definitely make you feel at ease. I have been to many different dentists and he is the very best. I also had Samari as the dental assistant and she was so awesome as well. She make you feel very comfortable and really caring. I’m always nervous going to the dentist and they both made me feel so comfortable today. Thank you both so so much.

I would recommend going to a different dentist if at all possible. You don’t matter to the people at this location. I have different dentist and hygienist every time I go. Even though I got a night guard from fixari at their recommendation they still tell me I need to get one each time I go. They told me a price for a filling, I paid in full for it at the time of scheduling. Then they told me I owed them more money when the process was done. Today was the last draw for me. On Monday I had to cancel a Tuesday dentist appointment. They told me they could see me at 7 am Wednesday instead I said great. When I showed up at 7 they told me I never confirmed the appointment. I had spoken to them via phone the day before. On top of all that they are always running late so definitely don’t get an afternoon appointment or they will rush through your service.

The absolute BEST Dentist in town. Like most, dentist visits are rarely pleasant or met without some sense of anxiety. However, when I say this was the best dental experience I have ever had, there is no exaggeration. From the welcome received upon arrival with the most pleasant and accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered to the entire staff. However, the icing on the cake was Dr. Chaney, Ms. Savannah, and Ms. Shauna... I call them the dynamic duo. Tender, compassionate, informative, and thoughtful all while explaining options to correct a problem. There aren’t enough accolades to describe the wonderful experience and the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Chaney and his team are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’ve only been a patient at Fixari for a little over a year now but I have consistently received outstanding care. From routine check ups to more complex procedures, the team at Fixari has always gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. Dr. Wes and Dr. Carla were both thorough and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answering all of my questions patiently during my appointments. Emily did an excellent job with my cleaning, and I left feeling like my teeth were in the best shape they’ve ever been! Overall, I highly recommend Fixari to anyone in need of dental care. The staff is professional and the level of care is exceptional.
