I’ve had a great experience going to Dr. Pitts for some time now until today unfortunately. I’ve had some issues prior to an appointment that resulted in me rescheduling but this particular time I had to reschedule again due to other employment reasons and time constraints so unfortunately I didn’t get the greatest customer service from Dr. Pitts front desk secretary Barbra whom was very rude when I called in to reschedule my appointment. I definitely didn’t expect that type of response but I would still recommend his services but do feel like that is something that needs to be addressed.

My first dental visits in quite a few years and a very horrible visit at that . I studied Dr. Pitts web site before making my appointment, so I told him one of the particular services his web site offered is what I eventually wanted . He stated that he really hadn’t done that service in awhile and was questioning me on what I wanted and giving me the cons instead of the positive reasons of my choice . Since Dr. Pitts took most of my new visit time debating the service I wanted, I just had time left to get x-rays done . I was told I would have to make a next visit to discuss the x-ray results . To make matters worse, the dental technician was rough taking my x-rays, and I repeatedly told her some of the positions were very painful ! She stated that I was "thinking to hard !" ( what did that mean and what did that have to do with the pain she was creating ??) . She also kept insisting (very rudely), To stop moving my tongue ? How was I moving my tongue when I had x-ray positioners in my mouth ? It was ridiculous ,so I just told her to forget it . Of course there was no professionalism with that nor an apology given . After reading all the positive reviews, I was really shocked at the service I received .

Dr. Pitts is a kind, caring and honest dentist. He was also my children’s dentist when they were young. I have always been pleased with our dental visits and have always trusted Dr. Pitts with our dental needs.

Dr. Pitts has been my dentist for over 12 years. He and his staff are very professional. They get things done in a time manner. Definitely recommend 10/10!
