Winchester Dental

I had been dealing with oral issues for a few years thanks to genetics and bad habits. They only got worse the late fall of 2020 and became very painful. I was referred to Winchester Dental by a friend and my journey of change started in November. I called to make the appointment and spoke with Takilia and explained to her what I was experiencing , she got me in the following week for a consult. I was a bit surprised and relieved because I didn't expect it to be so soon considering COVID still had alot of offices shut down or booked up at the time. My first appointment was 1 of many in within only a few months. Dr. Ladan was extremely thorough and I could tell by the look in her eyes that my life was about to change in a big way. She placed her hand on my shoulder and told me that I would have to get most of my teeth extracted because of infection that led to extreme bone loss. I was crushed. I also wasn't surprised and I cried like a baby. She was so compassionate and even wiped my tears. I didn't hesitate to take action. I witnessed my mom go through the same thing for years without proper treatment and it took a toll on her in so many not good ways and I didn't want that. During the time of the extractions I was going through physical and emotional change which was very difficult but I have a wonderful support system and that helped alot. All of the ladies at the office were so encouraging and cheering me on the whole distance. Takilia called me to see how I was and she listened to my emotional rambling very patiently and soothed me. I call her my teeth grief counselor. Paula is just the sweetest and likes to read my tee-shirts. Whitney is a amazing assistant and even gave me a blanket. Amy did my deep scale cleaning and she did a fantastic job. I have only met Olivia a couple of times and she is definitely fitting right in. I recieved immediate dentures and a partial. There has been ups and downs but I am adjusting to a beautiful, healthy smile that I am no longer embarrassed by but disappointed because of the mask mandate. I want to show it off to the world! I highly recommend Winchester Dental. Dr. Ladan and her staff are the most caring and professional group of women. I appreciate their support so much. ❤

Dr Ladan is a dentist that truly listens to her patient’s needs and concerns. She does wonderful work with correcting her patients past dental issues and very passionate about taking care of her patients. The entire staff are professional yet friendly. In Winchester dental you are treated like family from start to end. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love this dentist office, all of the ladies that work here are very professional and caring. They truly take their patients health and concerns seriously. My family and I have been coming here for years now.

Dr Ladan and her staff have always been great with my dental needs. I was in the office recently for a dental procedure and with the concerns of covid I can assure you they are taking it very seriously. Their sterilization and disinfection protocols we're well executed and they put my nerves as ease.
