Amazing office. They accommodated all three of my children, which is difficult. The facility is clean, technology is great, and the staff was amazing. Everyone including the doctor was so engaging, addressed all my concerns, and my kids loved the experience. We can’t wait to return!!!

I am not one to leave reviews but I must leave a review for Dr. Joel and his wonderful office staff. Last year Dr. Joel did my daughter lip/tongue tie revision when she was a baby and I was very impressed with him and his office. Fast forward my daughter and her twin brother are now 20 months and I decided to returned back to Dr. Joel office for my twins first dental appointment. We no longer live in the area but I was willing to drive 40 minutes to see him and it was worth the drive! Dr. Joel and his staff were absolutely amazing with my 1 year old twins. When we first arrived they received balloons to play with and also got to play with bubbles. They both did so well on exam and cleaning, I was actually very impressed! We will definitely be back in 6 months for our next cleaning. I would highly recommend their office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist and also would highly recommend Dr. Joel for lip/tongue tie revisions!

This is a well versified pediatric office. I was very impressed with their knowledge on tongue ties and their ability to treat my newborn son. I drove 1.5hrs to see Dr. Richards and he did not disappoint! Completely worth my time. I highly recommend this state of the art office for anyone needing pediatric dental care.

We had a great experience with our son’s first dentist visit. He is only 2 years old and the appointment was a breeze. The tree house was fun, he got a balloon, the doctor came flying in the bubbles, what more could a 2 year old ask for. They were on-time, clean and quick! So happy we found this practice. Thank you for such a great experience!

Westerville Pediatric Dental is fantastic! Dr. Joel did a great job keeping our daughter distracted with fun bubbles during our visit. The office is beautiful. The tree house is a hit! Gretchen was super helpful with answering billing questions and the front desk gals made the scheduling process a breeze. The staff is friendly and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office.
