Main Street Dental

I have yet to actually get any dental work done here. I called for a new patient appointment in October 2023 and was told they were booked out until January. I had an appointment scheduled for the 4th of January. I received a call a few days prior informing me that I would have to be rescheduled due to "a lack of staff". They then scheduled me out for the first week of March. Well. I just got a voicemail that my upcoming appointment will again need to be rescheduled. I have already waited 6 months for this appointment. I will look elsewhere.

Very bad experience with my sons tooth extraction. The dentist did not communicate well with us or our son as to what was happening. What we were told would be routine had complications that were not understood or explained. When asked what was going on with the tooth we received short frustrated responses. The dentist was clearly frustrated and even angrily threw down his instrument at one point. My son was very upset and trying to communicate what he was feeling. This was very scary for him and the dentist did little to comfort him. At the first sign of my son being upset he implied there would be little point in trying further because there is no way we will be able to calm down. His obvious frustration had the opposite affect and his attempts to sooth my son were awkward and forced. At one point while my son was very upset another dentist came into the room offering to help. This was nice but he did not tell us who he was. I asked him if he could introduce himself and he became very direct and combative with me. I think introducing yourself to someone you want to help is basic. He very rudely suggested that he’s not just some patient wandering around which nobody implied. After my son miraculously calmed down 😉 he gave it another go before suggesting that we seek a referral. I again asked what to expect in the short term considering the tooth was not removed but had been loosened. Again the response was weak and unhelpful as he nervously peered at his calendar. I’m disappointed and confused with our experience. The poor communication, frustration, impatience, and rudeness we experienced for what was supposed to be routine is unacceptable and unprofessional. We now have an appointment to have the tooth properly extracted at another office. I’m hoping that he has a good experience because he has been left feeling terrified of going back to the dentist.

Dr. Jaicks and Main Street Dental were like a breath of fresh air when our previous dentist sold out to a corporation! The personalized service is beyond compare. Dr . Jaicks repaired my husbands veneers once we switched over and his teeth have NEVWE LOOKED SO GOOD. The entire staff is patient with those of us who struggle with going to the dentist as well! You will not be disappointed!

They are absolutely great! They were wonderful with my girls, making them feel comfortable and excited about dental hygiene. And Denise at the front desk is so kind and professional. The staff is great, so is the Dr! Couldn’t be more happy! I loved going here! Now let’s hope I still feel the same way after getting my filings!

This place is great! Professional, super friendly and great with kids (my daughter picked out her favorite character toothbrush and wanted to return the next day for another dentist appointment). Their waiting room is awesome. You are welcome to water or a warm drink as soon as you arrive. In the dentist chair it is a pleasant experience as well. Massage chairs, heated seats that you can control and TV. They get you in and get you out quickly and do not recommend unnecessary treatments. Recommend very highly!!
