I am a person who dislikes going to the dentist, but I have really tried to give this place my business but it is constantly a disorganized scheduling issue. Then their first answer seems to be to pawn me off on some other office when they are capable. I understand that things happen but it could be handled so I don’t show up for my rescheduled appointment with a bunch of confused women who don’t know what is going on. Not to mention as a mechanic I only make money when I’m working so I rescheduled my time around this just to loose out on more of my income. It’s sad that I wanted to be happy patuent, but was not given that opportunity.

Today was the best dental experience that I have ever had. That says a lot for someone like me who has had many bridges, crowns and an implant. The staff is super friendly. Sabrina took care of me along with the dentist. I never felt one pain during the entire procedure. This is the first time that this has EVER happened for me. You must go to this practice. They get an A+ from me.

Havens Family Dental was amazing. Had my first appointment, and all of the staff that I interacted with were lovely and genuine. Carter and Liz took good care of me and were awesome and informative from start to finish. Great sense of hospitality and reassurance. They made sure to explain things clearly and thoroughly while checking in often to make sure I didn’t have any pain or discomfort. Looking for forward to future appointments. Top notch dentist in the area. Been going here for 3 years now and every experience is more pleasant than the last. Dr. Hickman is extremely friendly and thorough. The dental hygienists are fantastic and do a wonderful job. The office setup is really clutch, they have 2 TVs in each room, one mounted on the wall and one on the ceiling so when you’re getting worked on you look up and BAM there’s a TV. They even ask you what you want to watch before you sit down. Also when you leave they have cookies at the front desk, what more could you ask for? Great doctor, great hygienists, great staff, great office. If I didn’t live locally, I would commute to go to this dentist.
