This is by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. It has taken me months to muster the courage to go find a different dentist and set foot into a dental office again . For starters, when you lie down on the chair, you can see all sorts of splatter on the light above you, likely from previous patients- not a clean look! I should have walked out then, but since the tools they were using were all new/sterilized I figured I would stay since I had already taken time for this appointment. While working on 3 filling replacements, one of the teeth somehow wasn’t getting the local anesthesia, which was very painful. I was told that we could either stop and try again another day, or continue "real quick" and be done. I chose to continue... my choice, sure! But it has never happened to me working on those feelings before that out of the 3 teeth, the middle one wouldn’t take the novocaine. But here are the WORST PARTS- The dental assistant who did my fillings left one of my teeth without a filling! I came home that Saturday and my tooth wouldn’t stop hurting. I took a look at it in the mirror and my tooth had a huge hole without filling---- mind you-- Dr. Parasa came into the room and checked on the assistant’s work before sending me home and SHE DIDN’T NOTICE THE MISSING FILLING EITHER!!!!!! Probably because she seemed overbooked and kept running around the whole office trying to see all the patients at once. I called and left a message stating that they had forgotten one of the fillings and the front desk lady kept insisting that was not possible because my chart said all fillings had been completed and it’s normal to feel pain on the site for a while, but said I could come in anyway after I insisted. When I got there, Dr. Parasa also said it wasn’t possible, until she looked at my teeth and saw the missing filling- she then apologized and the filling was completed. I also complained that my teeth were feeling extremely uncomfortable and that the two other fillings needed to be looked at because I couldn’t floss between my teeth! She called a different dental assistant to look at my teeth (she was a temporary staff filling in at that location and much more experienced). The assistant was not able to floss between my teeth either, she also put the carbon sheet on my teeth to check my bite and was able to notice right away that there was way too much filling left on my teeth, she was shocked at how terrible of a job the other assistant had done. It has been 6 months, and I still can’t chew on the side of my mouth that has been worked by Dr. Parasa and her team, there’s EXTREME sensitivity to touch, I can’t even chew soft foods. I finally mustered the courage to go back into a dental office after this horrible experience and they’re taking really good care of me. I will NEVER be coming back to this location, and if you are looking for quality care and providers who PAY ATTENTION and will listen to your concerns, you shouldn’t come here either.

I highly recommend Dr. Parasa. Having had terrible experiences in the past, finding her has truly been a relief. My entire family sees her now as she makes going to dentist a positive experience each and every time, even if you have to have fillings! If you’ve ever had a negative experience and are looking to change that with a dentist 100% go to Dr Parasa! You won’t regret it! She’s the best!

My Husband, kids and I all loved going to Premier Dental. My kids still talk about how much they love their dentist even weeks after. I appreciate all the staff’s attention to comfort and detail, and the kids direct help from the dentist and hygienists. The front desk staff are the best, and made the experience wonderful.

Dr. Parasa is an excellent dentist with years of experience and exceptional skills. I have no problem completely trusting her with my dental health. She explains the details of every procedure and outlined a sound treatment plan for my needs. Her staff is awesome, they are the best people and are always professional. I highly recommend.

The dental Hygienist was amazing. I was a first time patient and she took her time to explain everything step by step. She was unfortunately not permanent staff but wish I could have her do all my dental care. Her bedside manner exceeded expectations to the point if she was a dentist I would follow her practice. I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist, none with her. It’s amazing how just spending time talking with a person and bringing calm energy produces comfort for a patient.
