My fiancé was scheduled for a 9am appointment, we got here at 9am. He was the first person in the door, and for some reason multiple other people went back before he did but they came in after he did. He finally got taken back later than when his appointment was supposed to be scheduled at. He had the first appointment of the day but had to wait to be seen.

I had my braces done with them years ago. Recently, I came back to remove a permanent retainer and get a temporary one. They have been super accommodating and very helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had my braces on for a very long time, almost two years longer than originally planned. My teeth started angling inward really badly and they had to reangle them outward which put the gaps back and then close the gap again. The first photo is right before I got my braces off and second photo is right after. I had a slight gap between my top front teeth but they had me wait a week to make my retainer because my gums were puffy so they gave me rubber bands to put on my teeth to pull and keep them together. However, my bottom teeth began gapping during this week between getting my braces off and getting my retainer made. I tried putting bands on the bottom teeth but it looked like they were turning so I stopped. It didn’t look that bad but I needed to get my teeth cleaned so there was plaque filling some of that gap I went back a week later and they made my retainer but i still have a noticiable gap in my bottom front teeth. The 4th, 5th, and 6th pics are my teeth s month later after my dental cleaning. I was wearing my retainer full time at that point for a month. The 7th pic is my teeth now, about 4 or 5 months later and wearing my retainer every night. I wore braces all that time and still have a gap right in the front of my teeth. Not to mention, we lost our insurance so my parents had to pay out of pocket for a few months but that didn’t happen until much after the original date I was supposed to get my braces off. If they had noticed my teeth turning in earlier or started doing something about it when I first brought it up instead of waiting until my mom had to come in and say something, I might have had them off before we lost insurance. And especially with my parents having to pay out of pocket for my braces for a while, I expected all my gaps to be completely closed when it was all said and done

My insurance said a complete no to me getting braces. She helped me fight and get them. Her and her staff are so sweet and helpful! I was with them for two years and got my braces off yesterday! Just waiting on my retainers now! THANK YOU
