Queensboro Plaza Dental Care

My wife and I have been with with Dr Michael since the practice opened! We both had previous dentists but wanted to explore a practice in our neighborhood. This was the initial reason we checked out QUEENSBORO PLAZA DENTAL, but for me, he is very calm and is very thorough in going over any recommendations for me. Even though the practice has grown over the years, I still feel very welcomed from the entire staff.

I had the best dental visit with Dr. Smith. This was probably the most confortable and best dental experience I’ve ever had. The office is so amazing and state of the art. I was able to watch a movie the whole time Dr. Smith fixed my filling and then did my cleaning. There was a flat screen in front of the chair as well as on the ceiling. Dr. Smith was really gentle and had great bedside manner. She even texted me this afternoon to check how I was feeling. I highly recommend this dental office!

I have been in NY for over a decade and I never enjoyed going to a dental office. I recently moved to the area and decided to try Queensboro Plaza Dental Care. I was able to obtain an appointment the same day I contacted them. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed; the office was organized, clean and modern. My dental hygienist was Jennifer who was very pleasant, gentle and thorough.  The dentist was Dr. Nguyen who was knowledgeable, honest and explained everything with great detail. Both took their time and allowed me to feel comfortable throughout the whole process.  I already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to it. Thanks David

I just got to New York from the Philippines, where I got my implant crown replaced. I suddenly felt it moving, and my mouth didn’t smell right. Dr. Nguyen literally saved me from getting an infection. He is such an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every step he was doing and was very thorough and caring. By the way, the clinic was clean and modern. The staff were really friendly to me. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and the clinic! Thank you so much.

My first impression of Queensboro Plaza Dental Care is that it is a clean, modern and beautiful clinic. The moment my husband and I entered the clinic, we were greeted by their friendly receptionist. The waiting area is very clean and has beautiful interiors. They also offer free coffee and drinks, which was a nice treat. I had a dental cleaning and check-up. The hygienist, dental assistant and dentist who saw me were very professional and thorough with their work. They took their time explaining about proper dental hygiene and answered all my questions patiently. Some observations though comparing to my experience visiting other dental clinics. During my cleaning, I was waiting to be asked to rinse or gargle. I did this after my cleaning was finished. In other dental offices that I visited, the hygienist will ask me to rinse my mouth often while cleaning is done. The hygienist did an excellent job though in my cleaning and explaining to me proper dental care. Overall, my experience was great.
