Our family has been going to Park Street Dental for about 2 years now. We absolutely love everything about it, such a breath of fresh air after our last dentist. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and experienced.

Great service, if you’re in network, they’re pricing was amazing... don’t know about out of network costs. One thing that I was very impressed by was that they don’t brow beat you over how good, or not so good you take care of your teeth. You come in, and they simply provide amazing service, and that’s that. I’ve been years without a family dentist. I think we finally found one.

Hey, let’s face it. Nobody of sound mind is camping out overnight outside of a dental office to get in the door the next morning. But I have to tell you, the entire staff at Park Street Dental really did their best to make this a pleasant experience! Rachel, my dental hygienist, was extremely personable, friendly, and skilled at the same time, and she operated the Cavitron (ultrasound device) so smoothly, that it didn’t even hurt! And the best part was that I got to choose my flavor of toothpaste for the cleaning. There were so many options: cinnamon, cherry.... but ultimately I went with the subtle understated mint, which was absolutely delicious. I thought I was enjoying a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone!! In all seriousness, though, Rachel did a stellar job! Dr. Merrell was also very nice and knowledgeable and he pointed out that one of my teeth would benefit from a crown. Kelly and the whole reception staff at the front desk were also professional and welcoming. So to summarize, while I might not pick Park Dental as the core activity for my next staycation, I have to tell you all that they did their very best to make a dental experience as comfortable as possible. Wonderful people working at Park Street Dental. The office was remodeled (so I was told as I had never been there befire).. warm, welcoming neutral colors tastefully done. Very pleasant people to be helpful, caring and considerate. Would highly recommend to anyone. The staff does go put of their way to answer questions, get responses and results. The dentist seems to be a problem solver and ability to think outside of the box. AAA+++
