I had a very lovely experience here. The office manager Jen was very warm and welcoming as I checked in. And Dr. Goldshteyn and his assistant Angie were professional, efficient, and kind. I was completely at ease with this group of professionals and would recommend them to future patients.

Worst place to go for dental work. First off I was given a price that I would be charged for the work I needed done, I go to pay and itās way more than what I was given. I asked about it and was told because the specialist did some things extra. I couldnāt be asked or told this to see if I agreed and let me know I would be charged more. Then for my second session they canceled my appointment because the specialist wouldnāt be there. So Iāve waited months now and no call to reschedule an appointment to get my procedure done. Iāve called several times now, never get anyone to answer the phone during business hours. So Iāve left a voicemail every time, and still have not received a return call from anyone or a new scheduled appointment to finish my procedure. Not sure how a business like this is still open with such terrible customer service. Wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone!

I want to start off with saying that Dr. Olivia is by far the best dentist I have ever had! She had made me feel completely at ease even though I donāt have a fear of the dentist. The whole office was so clean and the staff was so nice. Dr. Olivia will be the one I go to for any dental work I ever need. I will be recommending her to any one I know. Itās great when the dentist is a good dentist but even better when they are nice! She listened to every question and concern that I had and ensured that all my questions were answered. Dr. Olivia will certainly be the dentist I go to!

Dr. Olivia is amazing. So caring and consistent. She is very professional and I always feel so at ease with her. I have huggggee dental anxiety and she makes me feel like I am at the spa. Hopefully she stays in practice the rest of my life because I never want to switch. I went for the insurance network and nice office but I am staying for Dr. Olivia!

This staff is great! Very caring and knowledgeable. I was behind on my oral health care due to this pandemic but they got me in as soon as possible. The hygienist Katie is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond my concerns with my treatment. I let her know my sensitive areas and she moved forward with extra care. She shared her knowledge on the extra care I need at home and how it would help improve my overall oral health. Dr. Pollina knows her stuff, she pointed out the areas I already knew to watch and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Dental Works in Grove City, their staff is amazing from the front desk to their clinical team. I also want to mention they are following all protective needs for your health and to keep you safe.š·ā¤ļø
