Amazing Team 2This is the worst dentist anymore. Use to be great before they changed the name an everything. Now you can never reach anyone. My kids last six apts they have called me the day before to change their time slots cause somehow they always get removed off the schedule. An then they call me the next day (day of the apt) an cancel every single time. Asked for someone higher ups phone number to try to resolve this issue reoccurring an instead am given the number to an entirely different dental office. Very unprofessional business these days.

Yesterday, my 20 month old had a first time cleaning @prairie kids dental. The front desk was super friendly and very polite. My little one really enjoyed playing in the lobby with all the toys they had. It made her super comfortable to be there. Once we got to the back, the 2 ladies who did her cleaning were SO AMAZING. They walked in the room with big smiles and such friendly voices so again, my little was happy and not scared at all. They did her cleaning super fast so there was no holding my baby down while she screamed. . We were in and out in a timely manner. I really enjoyed all the staff and the experience my little one for her first time at the dentist. Would deff recommend!!

My son has been there a couple times in the past year and a half and both times they’ve done a stellar job, both with the work that they did on his teeth and also making him feel comfortable going to the dentist at 5 years old.

They most definitely went above & beyond for my daughter. They got her in super fast, once we got their we went straight back. We was in & out at a very timely manner. And my daughter had so much fun in the play area!!!

Love this place for my kids! The staff is the most pleasant, friendly and caring, they make the kids feel very comfortable. Do a great job getting you in an out and scheduled with all the information you need. The Dr herself is very knowledgeable and will do what’s best for your kids, she has a very general approach and I love that. Highly recommend!
