THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DENTAL OFFICE. I get to my 3 o’clock appointment on time and check in. The lobby is empty, 40 minutes into my wait the lobby is now overflowing with people and they are bringing out extra chairs so that people can sit. At this point 4-5 people are sitting on the floor. An hour and half into my wait they start calling people back who have been there less time than me. My appointment was at 3 and it’s now 4:30. After two people are called back who have been there significantly less time with me, I tell the receptionist who tells me she’ll try to find my folder. What does that even mean? After the third person who was there less time then me was call back, the receptionist tells me they are getting my room together and I should be called back shortly. They definitely misplaced my folder and. Didn’t want to tell me. I finally get called back, they do my x rays and then the dentist calls in and lets me know I will get some cavities that I will need to get filled and then will do my cleaning when I come back to get my cavities filled. THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF MY APPOINTMENT WAS TO GET A CLEANING. They were expecting me to have waited almost two hours to only get X-rays. And then what were they planning to charge my insurance for a consultation which they wouldn’t of covered and it would of ended up being a $250 bill for the dentist to just talk to me. I told her I wanted to get my cleaning now so they rushed through it, didn’t floss all of my teeth. All of this because they were running behind schedule and heavily over booked themselves they expected me (the customer) to go without. Such a terrible experience and I will literally never go back. This is a for profit dental office that doesn’t care about the experience of its patients. All it cares about is getting any many people in and out as possible to make as much money as possible

Came here to get a lot of broken and bad teeth out and also had to get a few filings. I feel like they could’ve done better on my teeth, they didn’t really shape them to look like natural teeth kinda just made them flat and did bare minimum overall. I had to pay for a lot of it out of pocket so I’d expect for them to do the best work they could especially for being dentist and trying to help somebody get their confidence back and have that nice smile I don’t think they did that for me, more like let’s remove your teeth fill your teeth get your money and send you out. I had 8 teeth removed and wasn’t prescribed any type of medicine then after a week or 2 of surgery I had bone fragments sticking out of my gums and called the office and told one of the Spanish ladies my situation and she had an attitude like I did something wrong. I went to a different dentist and had a way better experience, 2 stars for these guys.

I have finally found my dream Dental office at the west broad st office. I love the receptionist, so very kind and helpful. I never have to wait long to see the Dentist. My appts are very comfortable and pain free. I love the Dentist and His assistant. He was very good at His job. They take good care of you and make sure you’re okay. They don’t judge you like some Dentist offices do. I finally don”t have to dread my Appointments. And I was in and out in 20 minutes for cleaning and x rays! Thanks Comfort Dental!

Great place. Been going here for about a year. The staff is friendly, courteous, out going and professional. We’re very pleased with our dentists. My husband sees Dr. Wooden, I see Dr. Adel. We have experienced extractions, bridges, fillings and cleanings. Very pleased on how they all went over the year. Feel very comfortable here. They definitely make sure your taken care of and any questions are answered. Highly recommend!!

Had my second appointment yesterday, first appointment to have work done after the first appointment was to see what all needed done. ALL the staff and the dentist were kind, courteous and professional, did their jobs extremely well. I had to have a fair amount of work done yet I was only there one hour in total, from start to finish. Once the numbing wore off I experienced absolutely no pain, was able to eat dinner that night. Extremely pleased with the entire interaction.
