This was my first visit to Maxtown Dental and they really did make me feel like family. I asked one of the staff to wear a mask before taking my xrays and she said yes without any attitude. Excellent customer service! Everyone was welcoming and possessed positive energy. The staff and Dr. Ulm were very knowledgeable. They took their time to explain what they were going to do, what they found and treatment plan options. I loved their usage of advanced technology. It put everything in perspective. Thank you Dr. Ulm and staff!

We had seen accolades of Maxtown Family Dental and were excited to get established as patients. Our first visit was actually for our daughter’s very first dental check up, and it was nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Ulm, Ashley and the front desk were all so incredibly positive and knew exactly how to interact with kiddos! Our daughter left saying “Mommy, I want to go back there!” and was sad when she found out it wouldn’t be for another 6 months.

My family and I can’t say enough good things about my dentist – they’re simply amazing! Every visit, from the warm welcome by Emily and the front desk team to the expert care from the owner and dentist, has been fantastic. Michelle, their wonderful manager, ensures everything runs like clockwork. The customer service is top-notch, and the treatment is second to none. What’s more, the atmosphere is so friendly that you’ll even hear other customers laughing and having a great time. I’ve never experienced a dentist office like this before – they’re truly exceptional!
