I’ve never had a bad experience at a dental office, but I would say this has been my best one! I’m used to the different dentists I’ve visited making a brief appearance during my visit, but Dr. Cao actually was present for most of it! She did an exceptional job explaining things and answering my questions. I’m so happy I visited this office.

I started going to Dr. Cao 6 months ago and feel like I’ve known her for years. I’ve had multiple issues with my teeth and she has been very attentive to any concerns and on top of the treatment I need. Beyond that, she’s very personable and takes an interest in her patients’ lives as well. I have nothing but good things to say about her and everyone I’ve met in the office!

How many people can say they look forward to going to the dentist? Well, now you can!!! Vickie, will greet you with a warm smile and she even gave me a tour of their office and introduced me to everyone. This has never happened when I visited a medical office environment. They are ALL so kind and welcoming. Communication is top notch and it will be hard for you to find a better experience. Thank you Dr Cao and your entire team for taking such good care of me.

Attended kids day for my daughter and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were even greeted by Dr Vanessa and she knew my daughters name right away! The theme was Trolls and it was super fun, playful and colorful for the kids. It instantly put my daughter at ease. Dr Vanessa and her staff were very accommodating and sweet to my daughter who was scared of the x ray. We ran on time and had a very positive experience.

I always have a positive experience when I go to Dr. Montswil’s office. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I believe everyone at the office values my time as I never have to wait long for any part of my appointment. The hygienists always make me feel comfortable and take the time to explain what is going on and why they are doing what they are doing. They are thorough with the cleaning, but gentle at the same time. You can even get a paraffin treatment for your hands during the cleaning-I love a little pampering! I have had such a good experience that I now bring my children to the office for Kid’s Day which they love. Kids can get their cleaning in a fun environment which makes a sometimes difficult experience easy for all of us! I love this office and highly recommend it!
