Sampson Dental i just love them super friendly and professional. My Dental hygienists Lynn is wonderful she listens,ask questions, gentle and makes sure my visit is a comfortable one. I recommend this dental group.

I used to love this dentist up until very recently. They have put policies into place that are not patient friendly, such as prepaying for services and 48 hour rescheduling notice otherwise you incur a fee....not a cancellation notice, but RESCHEDULE notice....However, my worst experience was when I was (admittedly) a little short with the receptionist when I found out about these policies over the phone. I was caught of guard, found them to be ridiculous and felt like these were policies only in place to get me to pay more money, which is irritating...I went in the next day for my appointment and the receptionist OPENLY and publicly mocked me and our phone conversation from the day prior, in front of other patients and staff. I’m talking like, manipulated her voice and repeated what I had said to her in the most condescending tone and manner imaginable...like you would do behind closed doors when someone annoys you, except it was in front of everyone in the office. I was astounded by her behavior and absolutely will not be back. I’ve also prepayed for services that I’m not even sure I can get back, but I am honestly terrified of more public humiliation if I try.

Will never go back the dentist canceled our appointment and no one called to inform us we showed up to be told the dentist wasn’t there which upset my fiancee that we confirmed the appointment by text and recieved 2 messages by text one 2 hours prior to his scheduled appointment saying looking forward to your visit just to be told the dentist wasn’t there. Wanted to talk to someone in charge would not give us number my fiancee called another location to be told they have ONE dentist for 10 offices and 5 of those locations are in New Hampshire, well whatever their issue is they need to make sure to contact patients when they cancel appointment it’s a waste in gas and a drive that could have been avoided with a simple call. This is the third incident we have had with this office and we have decided that we will not be returning it seems like no one cares about patients anymore

I enjoy going to this dental practice. The entire team is amazing from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist. I always receive the utmost care. My daughters recently went for their first visit and they did amazing with them. Very flexible and allowed my girls to explore the tools to help them feel comfortable. They work very hard to make sure you are receiving the very best care and the best options if further dental work is needed.
