This place is poorly ran. They don’t pick up the phone, and don’t call back voicemails. Then finally after calling multiple times to get an appointment my wife goes in and they have horrible service. Nobody even introduced themselves and all the employees seemed like they couldn’t care less about their job. Which sucks because it was the only dental office in Mount Vernon that took our insurance.

My experience here has been amazing ,I seen Dr. Bamforth and let me just tell you , I felt this man’s spirit, before I went in I prayed for a dentist that loves their job , and I got the most amazing dentist ever , the way he talks to his patients with love and care will be the reason I continue to come back , I drive about an hour and I know with Dr . B I or anyone else will be more than taken care of , he also has amazing ladies working the front desk , very kind women , and I pray the best for this office !

My wife and I have just started coming to this dentist this winter. We have found them friendly , thorough and very good at communicating what they see and what may or may not need to be done. Today I had a crown come loose from a previous dentist and they managed to fit me in to, look things over and re glue the crown for me. (They even waved the normal charge which was already inexpensive). Their prices are very reasonable and I have been very impressed by what they have done for us both so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I would not recommend going to this comfort dental or any comfort dental in Ohio if you like your teeth!! I had moved to a new area and could not find a dentist to accept my insurance till I came across comfort dental in Mt Vernon. I go in easy to find quick getting me in and back, cool,I explain I’m in pain I have a filling that fell out (it was 5 or more years old) so we do the X-rays discuss options and make a plan. So I got 9 filling split into 3 different appointments was about to go back for a fourth visit and I was having pain in the fillings they just did I tell the woman who answered the phone she said ok and pushes my appointment out another week to give my teeth time to adjust. Now here’s the kicker after almost a month after my last appointment I got my daughter to help me look at the back fillings that were still hurting and the video she took made me cry it literally looks like they didn’t even do any kind of dental work/filling so now yet again I’m on the hunt for a dentist. I even reached out to a lady who handles these kinds of things and well I sent her the pictures and she has yet to get back to me !
