Its clear this place is a business first before it’s a care facility. They charged at the counter. Kept me for 2 hours for multiple to come look at my teeth and count them etc. After being held up for 2 hours and still no cleaning or tooth pulled. 2 hours and no work. They sent me to another desk to discuss further payment. I happily left that bs right then. Thanks for wasting my time. Doing no work. And talking about money. Charged me for that too.i almost forgot the pt next to me, his nurse or whatever was being so rude and short to him. I felt bad.

Come find out the Humana plan I pay for doesn’t cover anything I personally need such as dentures or implants and they don’t take my primary insurance so it was a waste of time but they were very professional and courteous,I just wish I was rich. I stil give them a 5

Everyone I interacted with was great! This dental office is by far the best I’ve been to. The desk staff was warm and receptive. The assistant rooming me was very nice and personable, she made sure I was comfortable at all times. The next assistant who did my 3d scans (I believe she said she was on her second week?) handled the little hiccups (battery on the scanner needing changed) without panic and also made sure I was comfortable at all times. Aubrey was a very kind, nonjudgmental, and explained everything in depth as well. Dr. Robinson is the first dentist who explained what they saw, what they could do about it, and made sure we were on the same page. Shelly was fantastic, this is also the first time a dentist office talked to me about the treatment plan, costs (including insurance estimate and my OOP!). I wasn’t made to feel like I had to have the payment NOW, I was allowed to ask questions, discuss options, and go home to think on it. Overall very impressive and I’m kicking myself for not coming here sooner!

Absolutely AMAZING experience here!! After horrible experiences at Stonecreek Dental we were referred to Aspen and it has been great! They are very accommodating, open schedules, fit you in when needed, excellent staff and just overall terrific!

Terrible! First I was told they made the 3D dentures, lady at reception even said she was wearing some herself. Find out a few days later that they in fact do not have those at all. I had an appointment scheduled with them today on 2-3-2025 at 9:30 A.M. then got a text a couple days after the appointment was made telling me I needed to call to reschedule. When I do they give me my original appointment date and time. When I arrived today they told me I had cancelled. Good God people! If you can’t handle something as simple as scheduling how could I ever trust you to handle my teeth??? Terrible business these peeps are running! Would not recommend!
