Absolutely no help. First they said that I shouldn’t bother booking an appointment because they will dropping Anthem insurance 8 months from now. Second, I told them I needed an emergency extraction and they just told me to check Anthem to see who is in my network. Hey! YOU ARE IN THE NETWORK. Thanks for the amazing compassionate care. No thanks.

Wonderful office with a very kind and understanding staff. Dr. Ball does great work and he’s an even better person. Highly recommend Greenhills Family Dentistry to all my neighbors.

Been going here from many years after Dr. Broughton retired. I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating as they can be for somebody like me who is a little afraid of the dentist. Getting appointments has been more difficult since COVID, but there’s a reason so many people keep coming back.

Very disappointed after my family has been patients of Dr Balls for years and has provided a Sign Language Interpreter many many times in the past but refuses to do so now because they are not making money off the visits. I guess I am blind to think that a doctor is more interested in one’s health than making money. We have referred individuals and have other family members that also went there. They wanted to provide a voice to text app for him to read ;which English is NOT a Deaf individual who uses ASL to communicate. That is a slap in the face to not only my son but the Deaf community as well!! One of the hygienist in the past had said “I can interpret for him I know the alphabet!” I have been asked “can you come interpret?” Not to mention these are NOT last minute appointments they had plenty of time to get an interpreter instead of waiting until the day of the appointment to where we wait her cancelled the appointment or he use the “app” that “works for others we tried it out on in the in office”. So if this has been tested then why were we not called ahead of time (prior to the day of) to see if this is something that would be accommodating for my son? Please rethink this office especially if you have a family member with a disability! I will be sure that I spread the word of what type of practice this really is!

The staff at Greenhills Family Dentistry are some of the kindest, most patient people I have ever encountered at a doctor’s office. They remember you, talk to you as if you had been going to that location for years, and they show genuine interest and care. In regards to Dr. Ball, he is incredible. He remembers me whenever I come in, he is gentle, kind, funny, and understanding. When I had a simple request, he immediately implemented it during cleanings/fillings. He was so great with all of my dental work that I have referred half my family members and co-workers to him! As long as I live on this side of town, I will only go to Greenhills Family Dentistry. Not only for the warm, welcome environment, but for the care and attention to detail.
