The front desk team manage my appointments seamlessly, handle insurance intricacies, and Emily & Maria greet everyone with a genuine smile. They go over my treatment plan every visit to ensure no surprises when it comes to billing and insurance. Kudos to the hygienist, Hepzhi! I’ve been going to her for years. She wields her instruments like an artist—gentle yet thorough. My gums thank her. Time is valuable, Dr. Bahramnejad and Dr. Wilson respect that. All of my appointments start promptly, and procedures are efficient without compromising quality. They have teeth whitening and Invisalign services, to name a few, that I have used. Invisalign was a no brainier and I haven’t had any issues. If you are wondering if you should get Invisalign, yes is the answer. I smile more now than ever, and I have this office to thank for it. My experience at Katy Trail Dental was spectacular!!! I was greeted at the door by the lovely women at the front desk and was immediately guided on what to do and how long I would have to wait. I was then taken to the back where, the hygienist, Alicia did a flawless job at making sure I was comfortable with her work throughout my cleaning. After the cleaning was finished Dr. B came to meet me, doing a full exam making sure everything looked good. She then let me know what I should work on and suggested the ways I could reduce the minor problems I was having. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Katy Trail Dental as your primary dentist! Visiting soon at the scheduled appointment made by the, again, lovely front desk employee.
