Edit: I did a little more research and found out that Dr. Allen passed away a few months ago, hence the office being closed. I wish someone would have sent out mailers or something. RIP Dr. Allen. I’ve been going to this office for years and never had any problems, always liked the staff and visits were quick and easy. I had my 6 month cleaning scheduled for Tues 7/19, I took off work for the morning, got there 10 mins early, only to find overgrown bushes in front of the doors, the phone number disconnected and nobody there. The furniture was still in the lobby, but it looks like it has been closed for some time. No updated calls, no mailings and no way to contact them to see if they’re even still in business. I had to spend my morning off searching for a new dentist that accepted new patients in my area. Most are booked through December. Very frustrating.

I had my annual appointment scheduled but when I got there, no one was there. I called and went to voicemail. As I was about to leave, Dr. Allan peaked out and asked what I needed. I understand we are in a pandemic but a call would have been nice so I didn’t miss out on work and could reschedule. I was told the office staff would contact me when they are open again to reschedule but that call never came. My sister had the same exact thing happen to her a week or so later at this same practice.

I want to thank Doctor Randall Allen and his staff for all of the great dental care that they have provided me! I have had 2 root canals, 2 crowns and numerous cleanings all with no pain or discomfort. Dr. Randal has the best chair side manor and really makes you feel relaxed, safe and comfortable. I have recommended Dr. Randal and his staff to my friends and family and they agree, do yourself a favor and try the Springdale Dental Arts Center. You’ll be glad that you did!

Doctor is horribly rude. Took my daughter there when she had a broken tooth. Doctor says I told you she needed a cap. She had Caresource at the time. He told us caps were not covered by insurance at all which I found out was not true. Said it was going to be $600 to do the cap. I had gotten a cap at another dentist and told the doctor this. He said "Well maybe you should go back there." My other daughter had gone there and needed her wisdom teeth pulled. They tried to charge her a bunch of fees upfront which she paid but was so uneasy with the doctor that she decided against him doing the procedure. It took caresource calling them to get her money back. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time or money!

2 years ago I had Medicaid and just had my son 2 months before. I was having severe tooth pain and called this dentist (worse choice I have ever made) I went in And when I stated what kind of insurance I had, I was treated completely different. He looked at my tooth and instantly said all 4 of my moelers needed to be pulled. I trusted him and paid the $350 for the Anesthetic. During surgery I could feel and hear everything but couldn’t say or do anything because it was like I was paralyzed. I felt them break a tooth and dig it out (so unbelievably painful) and then after the nurse asked should they give me something for the pain with the antibiotics, the dentist said "No she has Medicaid" I was out of it but I know what I heard. When the drugs started wearing off and I pulled out gauze to replace, I realized he didn’t even stitch me up at all! I bled for 4 days straight and still to this day I can’t eat anything that might be "sharp" like chips or hard shell tacos etc.... I have never been in so much pain in my life!! I have had wisdom teeth removed and have had several surgeries. This was the worst. I ended up calling Caresource filed a complaint and with in a week I received a refund for the $350. I’m also pretty sure Caresource does not use the company anymore... I hope not. But I wouldn’t give this place any stars but I had to. Please please please choose a different place. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on my worst enemy...
