I really enjoyed the interaction Dr. Silverstein had with his staff. Certainly gives you the impression of a family atmosphere. Thank you for making my experience as nice as possible.

Dr. Silverstein’s practice is wonderful and very professional. Everyone is kind and treated me as if I was the most important patient there. Dr. Silverstein was attentive and described to me what was needed in terms I could understand. I highly recommend this practice.

My daughter went here for a consult for implants. We have 2 insurance’s and they only billed one of them even after I’ve asked multiple times to bill both. I requested a pre determination quote from them which is where they tell me exactly what each insurance is going to pay and what I would have to pay. After 3 calls it’s still not completed. So basically I have to pay for a consult and still have not received a formal quote for implants. This appointment was last Nov and here we are in Feb and they still haven’t billed this correctly or given me a quote. This is not the way to run a practice.

By far the best dental experience I have had. Dr. Silverstein made me feel like his only patient, even taking time after hours to check on me after I mistakenly missed an appointment. The whole staff is engaging and pleasant, especially Brittney, Autym, and Kassie. I highly recommend this practice. (Also, why are dentist, doctors, and lawyers always practicing? All that schooling and still practicing. Crazy).

I had long overdue Dental Surgery. From my first appointment i knew I found the perfect fit for me and my concerns. A well oiled machine. That is how this office operates.. The entire staff is professional and comforting providing the concern and knowledge each one possesses. Now...Dr. Silverstein. He is so knowledgeable and professional. So much I could say but I believe Ive made my point. I moved here from Florida and getting acquainted with a new office and Dentist is stressful. I wish i could name everyone I met there that cared for me in their own special way. Thank you Dr. Silverstein for bringing back my smile. And also Dr. V... She is also wonderful and personable. I am a very happy patient.....
