My daughter recently started going to this location. The Dentist is very nice and helpful. Reception is a complete joke. She sent a referral off to UC for something that Dentist couldn’t do with a completely different patient information, phone number, birthday and everything. Now she has a personal vendetta and has gone so far as to hang up the phone on me when I call. How disgusting.

Love this place they treat me like family. The head dentist does anything she can to save my teeth. She’s fixed everyone that needed fixed and I have been pain free ever since. She’s always been nice and sweet to me. The receptionist is a amazing girl very sweet has a welcoming vibe and I couldn’t ask for better people.

I recently switched to New Richmond dental Associates because it’s extremely convenient to my place of employment and home. Although It is in an older building, I found it to be clean and neat. My hygienist does an excellent job and Dr. Iranpour addressed some specific concerns I had concerning my teeth wonderfully. Scheduling and billing is easy and efficient. If you are looking for a no-frills low pressure dental office I can recommend NRDA highly.

I am not someone who leaves bad reviews, I normally just suck it up & move along. But I had to leave a review for this place because I was left speechless! I was told about this place by a friend & decided to give them a try. When I first walked in the place looked older which is totally fine but at first that’s why I thought it looked a little dirty is just because it’s older but after being brought back to the exam room I noticed LAYERS of dust on EVERYTHING! The auctioneer literally had a dust ball on it & the water sprayer looked to have mold in it. I kindly asked for them to be changed & they did no problem. When the dentist came in with her sterile instruments that she opened right in front of me, the instruments were covered top to bottom on think white debris, every single instrument. When I brought up my hesitation due to cleanliness she tried to give an excuse about that just being left over chemicals from the sterilization process. Which is semi true but if there is that much debris left on every single instrument that means there is something wrong with your sterilization machine/process. That is not okay to put in someone’s mouth. I was very calm & respectful about how I brought up my concern asking if she could just get a new set. She instead dismissed me & rushed me out the door. Very unprofessional & very unclean. I would never recommend coming here to absolutely anyone. It’s not worth the possible risk of infection you may get. The lady at the front was above & beyond with her pleasantness & kindness.
