Getting my grandma’s teeth put in was an ORDEAL. Multiple times we had to send them in because they didn’t fit and it takes about three weeks each time. Whem my mom brought up concerns about how many issues we were running into and the amount of time it was taking to get it right when my grandma is 90lbs and can’t eat solid food, they had the audacity to tell her they suggest she gets proper nutrition then.... Fast forward a few months, they’re installed finally but one just popped out from her eating a soft cheesestick. We’ll be addressing that tomorrow but wow do I hate that we spent 40k to hit so many snags and then have the finished job be defective. There’s absolutely no excuse for it.

I’ve been a patient here for about a year! I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience with them. I had veneers put in and they did an wonderful job, cleanings are good, and the staff has been as kind as you’ll ever find!

I called as a new patient for a chipped tooth to get in asap and was told a patient coordinator would call me back 🤔 I have never heard of a dentist do that. Why wouldn’t the have that info there?! After waiting for days I called again and got the same thing. If the signs are not good from the beginning find a different Dr.!!

Called for an appointment was told someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment, that was almost 2 weeks ago. I think I dodged a bullet, 1st sign that customer service is lacking.
