I asked if they were accepting new patients and they said they were. I told them I didn’t have any insurance and they said it was alright. I asked if they had payment plans to help pay for it and she said they can do that. I told her I was having tooth pain and she said well they couldn’t get me in for another two weeks! Their website said you can call anytime for an emergency! The reviews I read all talked about how fast they were getting people in and out but yet they couldn’t get me in for another TWO WEEKS while I am suffering with tooth pain?

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The fillings I had done we’re painless and the dentist personally checked up on me afterwards which was nice.

My wife Melanie went there today. She had an infection and they got her right in ! She said everyone there is so nice and made her feel very comfortable .

I have been going to Dr. Dix for 10 plus years now and going to his office is like visiting family! Most of his staff has been there for almost 15 years and some for over 20 years............that says a lot about a man right there, don’t you think??? His bedside manor is 5 star and his dentistry is as well. He is always checking on your comfort and does his best to make each visit a pleasant one. So if you are looking for a dentist, I would look no further..........there is no one better than Dr. Dix and his wonderful staff, they are all like family to us!!! :)
