I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there I thought they were nasty to me because I am black maybe they nasty to everyone. I felt the lady at the front desk was the worst plain out rude! No thanks I will get work done elsewhere. I also thought you paid for your services at your appointment they wouldn’t book my appointment until I paid the fee upfront. I guess I’m just another broke black person!

My first time in this facility. Staff were amazing but Dentist isn’t professional. Meeting him for the first time, said I need to extract a tooth because of cavity without providing me with other choices. When I asked what to do if I’m not comfortable with extraction, he stated "it’s upto you" and he walked away....I felt terribly bad that I will never go back there neither will I recommend this facility to anyone!!!

This is a wonderful place! My dental hygienist, Angie is amazing and is so friendly and throughout with her work. My wife and I both get her and we always talk about how friendly and gentle with her work is. Shelly is also very friendly and joyful anytime we come in. Overall they have an amazing staff and the Monroe location!

This is an exceptional practice! Highly efficient, professional and knowledgeable staff. No visit waits. They coordinated all professional treatments and needs with my Periodontist’s staff, and managed insurance transactions well. As seamless and hassle-free as it gets.

I highly recommend this office. The staff provided exceptional customer service from the initial contact through the checkout after my first visit. Shelly, the front office staff, is so personable to ensure the patient is prepared for the visit. I relocated and had difficulty accessing a provider to keep me on track for my routine dental care. The staff helped me to overcome a negative experience with another local provider. In my professional experience, Shelly, Angie, and Dr. Martinez displayed aspects of patient-centered care that are sometimes missing in healthcare encounters. They were highly sensitive to my concerns and responded to all of my questions with care, compassion, and competence. I informed Dr. Martinez that Angie—hygienist—needs a raise and a day off. I look forward to future visits.
