Do NOT use SDC. I will only discuss my latest instance of their failure. I ordered retainers and they charged my credit card. The retainers never came and SDC claims there was never an order. Their help line could not help and had me email customer service. I have had 5 emails back and forth supplying the same documentation to different people each time with no resolution. I am disputing with my CC company as SDC is either unwilling or incapable of fixing their error. This is par for the course with the company. They recently filed bankruptcy and it comes as no surprise. Pay more for invisalign and be happy. Lesson learned.

Do not use this company. I started in Dec 2019. The guarantee to strengthen my teeth but as you can see that didn’t happen. I’ve been doing touch ups for over 3 years without them checking anything and damaging my teeth. I asked to switch Dentist to get another option that was denied, I asked for more aggressive treatment and that was denied. They pretty much got my money and told me not their problem anymore. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB and read that they have multiple lawsuits against them. Now I’ll probably end up getting a lawyer. They have flat out refused to fix my teeth. Go with Invisalign it may cost more but it will save you the headache.

Not sure how this company has received so many positive reviews.. But I did not have the most pleasant experience. I felt pressure the moment I checked in as the lady was asking me how I heard about Smile Direct Club and if I had the chance to look over payment options. First off, I booked a free consultation and was under the impression that my appointment was FREE, so don’t ask me if I looked at the payment options and then pressure me into picking a payment plan for something I haven’t looked much into yet. I’m not sure if the companies sales are not doing well or what, but I felt so judged and pressured to sign up for something when all I wanted was to see my 3D scan and see if this is something that could work for me.. This company needs to do better and Amber, I believe that was the lady’s name, needs to not be so rude to the customers. I will not be recommending this company to any friends or family of mine.

Amber and Jorden were absolutely WONDERFUL!!! They made my experience enjoyable. I has a great time. Get fitted for aliners and out the door in less time than most lunch breaks. Don’t hesitate, get started on a more confident new you right away!
