Very good! Dr Cox is very gentle, kind and accommodating. She was able to work me in same day and do a work up to see what was going on with my tooth and we developed a plan for how to treat it in a timely manner!

Had a great experience with Dr.Cox and staff....they worked out a plan of action for me and I am very please with there plan for my dental care. If anyone is looking for a great dentist, look no further, call Dr. COX, you will not be disappointed.Thank you again.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have waited over a year for our daughter to get the correct procedure done with Dr. Cox. We showed up for our first appointment and was told that they called us to cancel earlier that day. I went through all phone calls and messages and never received a call. Scheduled 3 months later and waited almost an hour for our appointment. Our daughter’s procedure was cancelled 3 days before the procedure due to insurance not approving after waiting 3 months for procedure. I was told that insurance takes that long or longer to approve. I called insurance and no prior authorization had been submitted by Dr. Cox. I was told that they would request records from our former dentist and that was never done. The office staff is unreliable and doesn’t have the knowledge needed to do basic office tasks like file insurance, call patients and follow through when messages are left. I would NOT recommend Dr. Cox especially a person with special needs.

This dentist should not be trusted with anyone’s oral health. She tries to save money by not having a hygienist on staff. Very limited office staff that are not trained on insurance claim submission. Rarely returns calls and staff does not seem knowledgeable about office operations. If I could rate this office a ZERO I would. Run away....

Dr Cox and her staff were all very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about what they were doing. My ward had not seen a dentist in 17 years, because after she got too old to go to Children’s Hospital dentists, we couldn’t find one who would sedate her in order to do the work. Finally we found someone. They were unable to take X-rays but we’re able to take pictures of her mouth. From the pictures of her mouth, they were able to come up with a treatment plan for her.
