Laura Rhinehartd knows how to stay calm. Aggressive patients literally can’t stand people like her. I appluad Already found vague help in Norman they seem to care but not my time. 3 months to get checked for my back, all I needed was these papers 📃 to get signed and have accommodations and I wasted time. Amazon can replace my results from white badge to blue, but they’ll get what they sow, may another company take the lead and crumble them to ashes.

Never had a bad experience here. I’ve been at the Urgent Care area and been seen really fast, yes there is a wait, because there was no appointment made before, but was seen faster than other places I’ve been. 👍🏻 - The great thing about this location is that they have almost everything here: Urgent care (no appointment needed, of course preferred), pharmacy, labs, dentistry, med, optometrist, etc. * Don’t worry if you don’t have insurance, your payment will be assessed depending your income (for that you have 30 days to provide income proof) - Great parking space - Wheelchair accessible parking - Wheelchair accessible entrance - Wheelchair accessible restroom - Hablan español 👎🏼 - Yes, urgent care receptionists might need a little more empathy (like not laughing in front of people that are in pain while they are waiting).

Ego must run these kind of places. My wife literally called an explained what she needed an why. An they still blew her veins out poked her multiple times, an didnt have what my wife asked for in the first place. Now shes gonna be bruised just like yalls ego. I sincerely hope her next visit she is treated with care an not ignored. Just a concerned husband.

I don’t know why they hire front desk personnel for Urgent Care hours and are very unhappy working there making it VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! After she asked for insurance wich unfortunately I don’t have was asked for my pay rate after I told her she SMERKED at my answer HOW RUDE! I went in because I needed the service not to be treated like this or ask them specifically for something free! Not to mentioned they were talking how it was funny to think that the new girl might not show up! This place just gets horrible as it grows! I will look forward to hearing from someone

How is it that I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and they called me the night before to confirm it and then called me as I’m on my way out there to cancel it last minute. Then couldn’t get me in for another week. But if I would have done that I would have been charged. How dare you when someone is in pain trying to get help just throw them to the side and not even care!!
