I wish I could give this place 10 stars !!!!!!!! First of all Kelly is a superstar! This is a FACT ! I low key wish she was the doctor so I didn’t have to see anyone else, ever. She better never quit, or I will force her out of retirement so she can always help me. Anyways the doctor was also great, (BUT KELLY THOUGH!!!) ! Also, the pricing was better than most of the other places I checked out in the city. Overall, I’ve been to 4 different dentist in Okc and I would say I’m happiest with my experience here. The staff is friendly, especially Kelly, the Dr was professional and timely, and the prices were reasonable. I absolutely recommend. *bonus: they have a treasure box with adult stuff !!!! Seriously, it’s the small stuff that goes a long way. I’m so glad I found a dentist that’s reasonably priced, professional, and felt so welcoming.

I have yet to visit a more efficient, kind, passionate, trustworthy dentist’s office as this one! From Dr. Nail who is extremely knowledgeable (currently working on my second implant) and has outstanding bedside manners, to his staff that is courteous and compassionate; this office sets the standard to what all medical practices should be like. Look no further, I promise you will not be disappointed!

This past weekend while eating pancakes and eggs, a corner of my tooth broke off. Leah Solomon @ Custom Dental was able to schedule me quickly for an appointment on Monday. I was dreading the visit, as I was afraid of getting bad news that I was going to need a root canal. Upon examination by Dr Nail, he told me I needed a crown. The staff who were involved in my care were friendly, professional and helped bring my anxiety down. Dr Nail was patience with me and answered all my questions. From start to finish, the procedure was completely PAINLESS!!. Let me tell you, I am a wimp and the removal of my old filling was painless, not one jolt of pain was felt! If you are fearful of Dentists, please go to Dr Nail’s office. Your fear will be addressed and you will be treated with care. I highly recommend Custom Dental, Dr Nail and his staff.
