The actual dental work is great. The office management has been nothing but problems this year it seems since my visit in January. First was told my insurance wasn’t covering it and had to pay out of pocket up front. Then I get an EOB from my insurance saying they did in fact pay for it. Instead of reimbursing me, they reimbursed my INSURANCE. And now my second visit for the year, they bill my insurance but it doesn’t get paid by them because they failed to put the name of the dental office so it it just shows no provider and I get the bill yet again! This is all since they changed the business office personnel. I will not be going back.

First, very nice, super clean! The desk personal were wonderful Explained every procedure, how it was going to feel, etc. know a couple of people that use Aspen, and add one more to the list. Happy Smiles

I had the worst day with my broken tooth, I even gave billing the wrong card.. but I found out I’m paying for two dental ins’s..,so that worked out. Kudos to Georgia for laughing at my mistake instead of getting mad.. I wasn’t in a joking mood but I’m so glad she was lighthearted about it.. I’m so thankful for the dentist I had. I couldn’t tell you his name but his eyes were so kind and his smile is gorgeous. He helped me out more than I could’ve asked. He and his hygienist were loving, professional & absolutely hospitable. Stayed late for me and not one groan, sigh or check for time. Thank you for today, you guys were amazing.

This was my best experience yet! All of the staff was compassionate and kind. Everyone worked hard to get me in. I was in a lot of pain from a bad tooth. Their concern was to get my pain take care of and not to make an expensive list of things to have done. The dentist shocked me how quickly he got my tooth out. He did it so quickly and thoroughly.

I went to Aspen Dental for dentures, When I got the consultation, they told me that the time frame of it all will be close to a month, now we’re going to a second month. in the beginning it went decent. But as it slowly progress, they became like they didn’t want to do it anymore. One appointment, I went to get my top part of the denture. It was fine until they talked about the lower part, a woman that I never seen before came in and said that I need to remove my lower teeth that was never part of the problem, she proceeded to make a fuss about it more; saying that she doesn’t know they can do the lower part just because I didn’t want to extract my teeth, it felt like she just wanted to get more money out of me. But I declined, I got my top but not the bottom. They made another appointment to get the bottom. I went today, I came and they said that the bottom never came and they never even started working on it!? That they didn’t understand what material they were using. The front desk people always gossip and complain about customers, they seemed to play around a lot. It’s ridiculous that they never seemed to called or updated me that they never came in. I payed in full for this? Now I have to wait another week.
