Horrible experience everytime. The receptionist was extremely condescending. They would confuse my sister and every time and then act like they didn’t or like it was our fault. They lost my insurance information on multiple accounts. So I would have to filled out new papers. Dr. Holder did my veneers less than 3yrs ago and I already have to get it replaced with a crown because fault on her part. They also would charge me twice and I would have to dispute it with them. Overall, this office is rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!
