Dr. Nels is awesome! Today was my first appointment at Magnolia Family Dentistry and Dr. Nels did a dental exam and explained everything so that I could understand. She even developed a treatment plan that I am comfortable with! I’m very happy I switched my dental care to Dr. Nels!

The military left me with stitches in my tongue, (Drill) & left bone in my gums f/ wisdom teeth removal. Amongst other issues. I had a level 10 anxiety from it, and didn’t go to a dentist for years. I explained my fears to them. This TEAM- from day one, has helped me overcome my anxiety! They went at a slow pace & did everything imaginable to make me comfortable. They provided a blanket, neck pillow, & dark glasses. A combination of also using my headphones to block the sound of the drill. They also walk me through the steps- so there’s no surprises. When I forgot my headphones one visit, they went above & beyond to aquire me some. You will not find a nicer team than this one. Thank you guys for helping me overcome my fear. I’m grateful 🙏 Highly recommended.
