Dr Sullivan and his staff are top notch all the way around! As soon as my appointment was scheduled I received an email with information about my upcoming visit. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online, which was very helpful. When we arrived in the office Andrea, their Office Manager and Patient Care Coordinator, greeted us warmly. They are not providers for any dental insurance, but they do file your insurance for you, and Andrea walked us through how she does that for us. Dr Sullivan was also very warm and attentive. He listened to my story, ask pertinent questions, and then explained the process for diagnosis and treatment for my issue. I had been through a lot by the time I was referred to Dr Sullivan, I was in intense pain and I was extremely nervous. He reassured me that the process would be pain free and he took the time to make sure that happened. Gabby, his assistant, was also very kind and reassuring. She helped calm my nerves before testing and treatment. The office uses the latest state of the art equipment. The procedure was pain free and I was very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Sullivan reached out the evening after my procedure to check on how I was doing, and the staff also reached out to check on me in the days following the procedure, which was very thoughtful! Thank you Dr Sullivan, Andrea & Gabby for your expertise and for caring!!! I would highly recommend Dr Sullivan and his staff for all of your endodontic needs!!!

I’ve never had such a good experience getting a root canal done. Dr. Sullivan and his staff were the best team I’ve ever dealt with in that line of work. Professional, polite and talented. All of them. I had a very tight window before a long trip home. They were able to get me in and fix my issue. I appreciate Dr. Sullivan and his staff who followed up and checked on me several times after the procedure. I would recommend Palm Endodontics to anyone in Bradenton Florida.

Dr Sullivan was open, honest and professional in all aspects of my emergency procedure. He provided his diagnosis and it was left to me to make the final decision on his recommendation. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. I was comfortable and it was completely painless. I would recommend Dr. Sullivan for your dental work

It was a pleasure to have a root canal done with Dr. Sullivan. He and his office staff are very professional and personable. Appreciated that they got me in right away too! I have not had any complications and highly recommend their services.

The office was calm and professional. The support staff pleasant and helpful. Dr Sullivan explained the procedure in detail ( with a similar procedure elsewhere years ago I received no such explanation of what to expect). The procedure itself was efficient and completely pain free utilizing the most modern equipment. It took far less time than I expected. I appreciated the telephone follow up the next day. Dr Sullivan’s practice deserves the 5 star rating.
