Dr. J, Thank you for helping me whenever I really didn’t have any other options. It was a Friday evening, while eating at a local restaurant, that I bit into a hamburger only to have a tooth cracked by a bone fragment in the meat. The restaurant manger was helpful in bringing me the name of your dental practice. Within an hour and a half, I was in your office having my tooth examined. You were 5 ⭐️ from start to finish. As you well know, it wasn’t an easy extraction, the roots were deep into bone. You maintained your professionalism at all times. Thank you very much. I am two weeks out from the incident and have an implant ahead of me, but I will always believe everything that evening went as well as it could have under the circumstances. I was in the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I couldn’t eat or sleep for 3 days but Dr came in Sunday night at 6 to do an emergency root canal and sent me home pain free. He even worked with me because my insurance had run out, so I was able to pay for half of it and return for the crown and permanent filling when my insurance resets. I had 3 sets of numbing and a nerve block because I’m resistant to numbing, but he made sure I wasn’t going to go home in pain. I’m forever thankful

I was in horrible tooth pain all night and all morning and finally had enough and decided I needed to go in to get it fixed. We searched everywhere and nobody could see me because it was a Sunday. My boyfriend finally found Bright Smile Family Dentistry and gave them a call. The dentist came out to the office on an off day to see me. He was super kind and explained everything to me. I ended up getting a root canal and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’m still feeling so much better! This is honestly the best dental experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend!

I have been going to see Dr. J for my dental work since I was a little kid - somewhere around 15 years he has been my dentist. Dr J. and the other doctor(s) are always helpful and kind, and have never made a mistake on any of my dental work in the 15+ years I have been going there. The dental assistants are all super nice and calming, and I have never had a bad experience with them. Going to the dentist has always given me anxiety but I always leave Bright Smile feeling better!
