I am a new patient. On Fri 03-08. I had a tooth pulled. Called today 08-14. It’s been hurting me. I asked if someone could look at it tomorrow 03-15. The receptionist told me they could not see me until April 1st. So I’m going to have to be in pain until April 1st. I will be finding me a different Dentist!

This place is great! All the staff is friendly and professional. They stay booked out months ahead of time but if you have a flexible schedule, their waitlist process is efficient. My initial appointments are scheduled nearly 6 months out but I’ve usually received a call within a month to fill in for a cancellation. They staff also does a great job explaining the procedural process, insurance, and itemizing the bill.

This is my first time ever being excited to create a plan to fix my teeth. The dentists and the receptionists were all very lovely and genuinely listened to me and my concerns. They didn’t brush me off to do what they want and they gave me OPTIONS. They told me the things we could do and made the plan according to what I wanted to do. I’m looking forward to working with this office ❤️
