When you need to reschedule an appointment you have to wait months . This totally delays the treatment you are getting.

My son is on his second set of braces here. My entire family previous went here for all of our dentistry, but we have all moved to another company. We have had issue after issue. Several different orthodontists and constantly new office staff. No one seems to know what exactly is going on and billing issues. I paid my sons braces off and they continued to withdraw money from my account and I had to call again to remind them my account was paid off. Since then I have gotten messages about owing another amount. I have called numerous times and was told by previous office managers I had nothing to worry about and to disregard the message. I was also told 2 times by Troy to disregard the message. I have given them the new insurance and they called me to ask for the phone number of who to bill so I had to call my other dentist to get that information for them I assume because the office staff doesn’t know what they are doing since my current dentist is able to bill my insurance with the name and ssn. Needless to say I can not wait for my son to be done with braces and we can walk out of that door for the last time. In retrospect had I known what I was going to have to deal with I wouldn’t have went with the more budget friendly option. I would have paid extra to another orthodontist just to have a better experience. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Not really impressed anymore. I like the doctor and the staff. They are nice and knowledgeable. BUT my son just had his recent braces adjustment and they put rubber bands on his brackets without explaining what they were doing. They just put them on and sent him out to wait for his brother with me in the waiting room. He was really upset. He wasn’t shown how to put the rubber bands on, what brackets to hook the rubber bands onto, how long he’d have to wear them, when to change them, NOTHING. They never even talked him through what they were about to do (putting him in the rubber bands in the first place). I had to request to talk to one of the staff once our appointment was through just so that we could have our questions answered. I’m really wishing I’d gone with the local orthodontist rather than the one an hour away. I tried saving money but ended up sacrificing service. We’re halfway through treatment so we can’t change orthodontists now, but if we could, I would. Very disappointed.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, and kind except for the male receptionist. He acted as though he couldn’t be bothered with us. We did get to our appointment early, so we didn’t mind waiting until 2:00, but his attitude was one of impatience with us, so we left and came back at 2:00.

The front office was super friendly, dental hygienist was super sweet and the dentist listened to my concerns and addressed them nothing but a good experience for me
