Smile Galaxy Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter didn’t have a great experience with this dentistry. She had a younger assistant whom was extremely critical and really hurt her mouth. We ended up changing to a dentist which was the best decision for my child. Also her current dentist and ortho told my daughter she brushed her teeth just fine.

I have always taken my son to pediatric dental in OKC..and they are good but I felt like the bedside manner with children and especially children whom are scared could be better. SO, I called and voiced my reason for making my son and appointment here and all was fine. For whatever reason they wouldn’t do x rays on my son because his were (up to date) but they didn’t get them from his previous dentist. This was a check up appointment and without doing x rays it’s literally pointless. The dental assistant was AMAZING!! She made my 3 year old feel comfortable and save and got through brushing and flossing his teeth. However….the dentist seemed rather annoyed that I didn’t stick with our previous dentist. And told me I would’ve been (better off) staying there. And he asked me why I swapped and I explained to him that my son has a lot of dental anxiety and his previous dentist was not good with dealing with that and I always had to hold him down for his exams and I didn’t like that…..HE SAID WELL I AM GOING TO ASK YOU TO DO THAT SAME THING. His bedside manner is worse than the previous dentist. I’m sorry but if you’re going to be a pediatric dentist then you need to have better bedside manner and you know how to deal with children that have dental anxiety. We will not be returning

I am so very thrilled with this place! We have struggled to find someone who accepts our insurance for our 4 year old child and due to medical issues she’s had urgent dental needs. They’d never heard of my insurance either but contacted them and verified the coverage and were able to get us in same day due to a cancelation last minute. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is ideal for anxious kids. Nobody forced my child to do anything she wasn’t comfortable with and they were patient with her. She left all smiles and is happy with her new toothbrush!

Wonderful staff all around. My daughter has very bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and Dr. Molloy and his entire staff have never been anything but patient and kind with her. We’ve been coming here about 3 years now and with every visit she becomes more comfortable and it’s definitely thanks to his staff showing so much compassion and patience with her.

Best Pediatrics Ever! My Daughter Enjoy Visiting The Dentist Now Because They Are So Kind. They Are Very Informative About Everything & Will Never Leave You In The Dark About Anything, I Love That About Them. Great Place. 5 Stars! & The Office Is So Kid Friendly… Just Make Sure Not To Miss An Appointment Because They May Have To Drop You. But Definitely A Great Place
