Dr.Lana Richardson is absolutely amazing with my 3 &7 year old, this is her calling and it’s really astounding to see someone in dentistry so great with children, her staff is amazing as well! We appreciate y’all!

Here’s my follow up to my concerned individual review!!!!I explained that I’ve been waiting on it and that my daughter already has her appointment schedule with ortho just wanted the letter before we went, not to mention it’s been months since we’ve been waiting. I should have known better, like I mentioned she wasn’t even interested in the conversation, she hung up in a hurry and guess what, I NEVER RECEIVED the letter. Fast forward to Sept 29th or 30th. I call and speak to I believe Shelly. She tells me she’s so sorry, the MWC location closed in June due to the building being owned by the city and that she’s going to get with Dr. Osbourne and let her know what happened because this is all unacceptable and give me a call back. No call back, no letter, no nothing. October 3rd comes around and I drive to their Okc location. I go in and Shelly I believe is at the front desk and I explain what’s going on and she lifts up a sticky note and says I haven’t forgotten. I ask is it really that hard to get a letter and just simply do what Dr. Osbourne said would be done. She apologized again on behalf of Ashley. Not sure if that was Ashley she called at the MWC location while I was standing there but I inquired about the MWC location is supposed to be closed that’s why I drove to the OKC location to try to get some help. After some sitting and waiting and being told that the MWC locations systems couldn’t be accessed, the other lady who was sitting behind her called my daughters last name and said here’s the letter I emailed to myself and printed off for you. Lastly, here’s were I figured this office is just being point blank rude and inconsiderate to me. I email the MWC location on October the 4th asking for a form to be filled out by Dr. Osbourne so that my daughter can start treatment to begin getting her braces. I even emailed the form from Casady Square Ortho. Yes, I did state in the email that we would not bother the office any longer because it’s evident that following through simply is not of importance to them. I still have yet to hear anything from anyone. With all that has happened Dr. Osbourne if you get this review, I kindly ask, can you please feel out the form and see to it that I get it so that my daughter can start treatment for her braces. I do not think that is asking for too much. Again, the kind lady who cleaned my daughter’s teeth THANK YOU again. To Ashley, customer service is not for you sweetie!

I loved this dentist for my 3 and 5 year old until the new owners. They tried to charge me 60 bucks for nutrition education (aka sugar is bad), then tried 200 for a cleaning even though its free under our dental insurance, then tried to bill 50 because I canceled the appointments (a week in advance). They are just interested in money. My children had more fun at a red light then being in this place. I miss the old dentist.

I took my daughter to this dental clinic to check for her cavities and discuss options on how and when to treat them, and the dentist here was so extremely helpful. She answered my basically 100 questions I had because I was nervous about how they will treat my toddlers cavities but she was very informative about everything I asked. She was very helpful and honest in her response to me about all the options I can choose for getting her cavities filled. My daughter was energetic that day but she handled everything really well, she was patient and understanding. My daughter asked for a blue dog balloon and the dentist even made her a balloon animal after my kid was finished with her appointment. I’m surprised she knew how to make one I didn’t expect a dentist to know how to make balloon animals but it seems that she pays attention to small details on how to make the child patients comfortable and happy when they leave.

Love Dr. B and the other staff! Absolutely do not care for the office mgr and there sensitiveness to mishaps or issues with scheduling. I called in regards to an appt that was accidentally overlooked to have it reschedule. They inform me of an $ 35.00 fee that needed to be paid in addition to my daughters treatment; because of the missed appointment. I asked to speak with an manager to see if they could waive the fee. That’s when they gave me to Robin. I explain to her what happened and she kept placing me on HOLD!! I guess so that she could pull our charts, since I have 4 children that go here. As she got back on the phone, she starts telling me that they would not waive the fee because of some short notice cancellations that I had in 2017 and I think in 2018. I was slightly appalled , because this is almost the end of 2019 and my daughter has already had 3 treatments and were finishing up. She has been to every single appointment and including my other children. After she made the appointment, I mentioned that i would speak with Dr. B about this and she tells me " GOOD LUCK WITH THAT." RUDE!!!! We will be finishing out our treatments and LEAVING!!!
