Dr. Doan’s office is AMAZING!! From check-in, all the staff, The Dr. is GREAT with the kids!! She explains ways they can understand, even takes the time to show them & educate them n dental procedures. They even have some amazing toothpaste to show kids where the plaque is located, improving the flossing and brushing process. 10 out of 10 recommend this office!

We drove up from Norman to get a second opinion on a metal crown that another dentist said my son needed. I was very pleased when she said we not need to do a crown. That the cavity could be fix with a normal filling. She even finished the filling that visit so I didn’t have to come back up to Edmond. Very thankful for Dr. Doan and her fantastic team!

Our experience went seamlessly from start to finish. 1st, I appreciated getting several reminders about our appt so that the busy mom in me wouldn’t forget. 2nd, the receptionist was very welcoming. She had my insurance verified and in my chart so I didn’t have any additional paperwork upon arrival. She even had the drs note already printed for his school. My son has always been shy and nervous when meeting new people or going to new places and she made him feel very comfortable. 3rd, we barely had time to use the restroom before the hygienist Anna, called up back. She was also very welcoming. She was so good at explaining what she was about to do and letting my son get a sense of what was about to happen. After she finished what she had to do we had a very brief wait on the doctor. 4th, Dr Doan was very kind, gentle, and has a great chair side manner. She always made sure she explained everything thoroughly and gave several opportunities to ask questions. We left knowing exactly what to expect on the treatment day. I love that she will evaluate your child and base treatment decisions on their individual needs. The 5th and final stop during our visit was the treatment plan coordinator. She had everything all written up so I would know what to expect to pay at the next visit and made our appointment when it was convenient for us. Lastly, my sons overall experience was “fun” to him and he left excited to come back. A total win! All in all, If you are on the fence about where to take your babes, I highly recommend bringing them to Dr.Doan, you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Doan’s office. From the first time I went to the office the staff was kind, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Doan always kept me informed, educated and communicated with me about everything in such depth. She was so kind. The office is set up for kids which helped my son feel less nervous, and helped me be at ease as well. Having a clear understanding of the procedure, the process and what my options are was so refreshing. The procedure went perfectly, and it was such a personalized experience from start to finish. It was not the cattle call that is experienced at hospitals. Dr. Doan brought on an anesthesiologist who was similarly professional and reliable. I would recommend Dr. Doan to anyone who needs pediatric dental care. I am grateful I found her and I highly recommend her.

My kids get excited when I tell them we have dentist appointments! The hygienists are gentle with the kids and make them feel comfortable throughout the cleaning process! Dr Doan also works her magic with the kids. She talks to them and tells them exactly what she is doing in a way that they understand. We love this office and would recommend them 100%!
