Quail Springs Dentistry & Braces

The Gentleman Dr. ( I can’t remember his name ) And Cassie the receptionist we both so very nice, but Mia the dental assistant (I believe is her position) was so incredibly nice and welcoming to me. I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable, she educated me with out judgement, answer all of my questions and was so nice to my daughter. I was so happy when I left, and I would recommend this place to anyone I talk to. A big Thank you, to all that I can in contact with for easing some anxiety!

I had a great experience at this new dentist office today! The staff was really nice, caring, and informative, and the cleaning was gentle and painless. I’m definitely making this my regular dental clinic! Highly recommend!

I must say that from our first encounter with the nice receptionist at the front desk, I knew that this dental visit was going to be good. She was so welcoming and had great customer service. Everyone there after was just so welcoming...the Dentist, The denal assistant, and the dental hygienist were all super and made us feel at home. It’s not like other dental offices where it’s "was bam thank you ma’am!" This visit was for my daughter. I’m currently firing my current dentist to make Watermark Dentistry my home Dentistry. I wish I could take this staff and place them everywhere I go so that I can get great customer service.

Today was my first time in, let me say i was impressed! The decor is so beautiful and clean. The staff is beyond friendly and very welcoming. The doctor helped me with exactly what I needed and didn’t waste time doing so! They both made sure I was comfortable the whole time and who doesn’t like watching Netflix while getting dental work? I was so relaxed I didn’t feel my body, I was floating. This is by far the best dentist experience I’ve had since I was a small child. I will definitely be back, and I recommend everyone get your dental work done here! You also get a mug, which I’m obsessed with collecting cups!

This is my second visit and just like the 1st, it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The work I had done went perfectly with no issues and I even received a call from the Dentist concerning my aftercare and wellness. The customer service is unmatched and you feel welcomed when you enter. (SN: My mom got work done here and I had to work. She wasn’t going to be able to get home on her own once she came too, they made sure she got home safely!!!) Best dental office I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended!!!
